You Must Read and Accept to Officially Submit your Registration

REMEMBER...this is not a contest, and ProScout is not an employment or talent agency.
The Invitational weekend is an opportunity to learn about the professional industry and be seen by a large network of professional agents and talent managers.
I WILL be attending the ProScout Invitational. I understand that ALL fees are non-refundable after ProScout's receipt of this form, however unused fees may be applied to any future ProScout Event for a period of 12 months after the date of payment.
I also understand that as event producer, ProScout, Inc., cannot make guarantees as to the level of interest expressed by the attending agents. I understand that agents' reviews vary greatly in time, and call back interviews and offers of representation will be made solely at the discretion of the agents.
If offered a contract by an agency, I authorize ProScout to utilize my photos for promotional purposes.
I understand that neither ProScout nor its stockholders are liable for the safety and well being of myself (or belongings) during attendance of this event.
I verify that I am the authorized user on the account used in this transaction. I also verify that the card used in this transaction is currently in my possession.

Guest Options

A guest pass entitles the bearer access to the Ballroom at all times during the event weekend.
Guest passes are non-refundable and non-replacable (do not lose your badge).
Parents are considered guests.(Participants 12 and under are entitled to one complimentary guest pass at no cost.)
